Are you ready to create a course, but you lack the confidence to start? Maybe you’ve been telling yourself these 2 lies: “I’m not smart enough to create a course” or “There are already tons of people doing what I want to do.”
Let’s discuss these lies:
Lie 1: I’m Not Smart Enough
If you are feeling like you are not smart enough to create a course, the best way to know if you’re ready to create a course is to know where you currently are in your of the knowledge topic. You need to be one step ahead of your ideal student. You can learn more about your ideal student here. As long as you aren’t a beginner in your course topic, then you’re ready to create a course.
Lie 2: Everybody is Already Doing It
You’re probably right, there probably is someone already teaching what you want to teach. But guess what, they aren’t YOU! They don’t have the exact gifts, talents, and life experiences you have. Only YOU can teach the topic in your way. There are people out there that are looking for the way you will teach it. So whether or not someone else is “already doing it” there is room for you!
